foodie @ tilikum place café

February 27, 2012

i’ve shared a couple of times about my love for brunch [here and here], but forgot to mention that one of the first things that come to mind when i think about brunch is atmosphere. of course i am always looking for tasty food, but there’s something about an intimate & cozy feel that sounds really appealing.

i discovered Tilikum Place Café  right when i moved to seattle, as it was conveniently located two blocks from where i lived at the time. the european vibe combined with a super fresh menu and extremely friendly staff have put this place in my list of faves! although i am always tempted to try something new, i can’t help but stick with baked eggs as they are to die for [thankfully they always have new variations]. Tilikum really is a great spot for sunday brunch [especially when pomegranate mimosas are on the menu] :)
